Project Architect

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals.
• Prepare and present detailed project proposals, designs, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and professionals to ensure seamless project execution and collaboration.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Develop comprehensive architectural plans and specifications using advanced design software.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations throughout project phases.
• Mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support on project tasks and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and distribution facility design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site tasks seamlessly.
