Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Perform quality control checks, including redlining and reviewing drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Stamp and seal drawings as required, demonstrating accountability and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure design specifications are met.

- Lead project teams, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain strong professional relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Registered Architect (RA) certification required; LEED AP preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management; 15 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation tasks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Experience in stamping and sealing drawings, demonstrating accountability and adherence to standards.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project inspections and client meetings.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client relationships and project timelines.
