Job Description

Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction at every stage.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations effectively.
  • Utilize advanced Revit skills to create detailed designs and documentation for diverse architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions and high-quality project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through meticulous quality control processes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Contribute to the full project lifecycle, including design, documentation, construction, and final inspections.
  • Occasionally travel for site visits and inspections to ensure project alignment and progress.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Perform quality control checks, including redlining and reviewing drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Stamp and seal drawings as required, demonstrating accountability and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Utilize Revit software for efficient and accurate design and documentation tasks.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Address client concerns promptly and maintain strong professional relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Registered Architect (RA) certification required; LEED AP preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation tasks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Experience in stamping and sealing drawings, demonstrating accountability and adherence to standards.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project inspections and client meetings.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client relationships and project timelines.
