Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage interior construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring excellence.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to align construction activities with goals.
  • Supervise on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, specializing in interiors.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing on-site construction teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
