Overview

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and proactively address challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and specifications.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management; 12 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing commercial interiors and underground utilities projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to oversee self-performed tasks and ensure quality control throughout project phases.
