Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and maintain applications supporting trading, operations, risk management, and finance workflows to meet business needs.
• Utilize MSSQL/PostgreSQL Data Warehouse technologies to enhance operational efficiency and data management capabilities.
• Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs, gRPC, or Kafka middleware technologies to ensure seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards.
• Design and implement scalable solutions in cloud-based environments such as AWS or Azure to support business growth.
• Contribute to system design emphasizing clean, maintainable code and service-to-service communication principles.
• Stay informed on data engineering trends and integrate relevant technologies into the platform to enhance capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business needs and objectives effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#), TypeScript, Angular, or React frameworks to develop robust applications.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD tools, and Python programming for efficient software deployment.
• Strong system design skills with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code and scalability.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MSSQL/PostgreSQL and SQL expertise for data management.
• Understanding of cloud-based environments like AWS or Azure for scalable solutions.
• Experience in financial firms is advantageous but not mandatory for this role.
