Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in FP&A or financial management, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting; expertise in Excel and financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business results and operational efficiency.
