Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed architectural plans and designs using Revit software, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to achieve defined goals and milestones.
• Participate in design reviews, proposing innovative solutions to architectural challenges.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders and clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience; 8 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit for design, modeling, and documentation is essential.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Experience in ground-up construction and interior design projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team and client interactions.
