Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in preconstruction management; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in cost estimation, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of design-build processes and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
