Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliver high-quality vein care services to patients in Montana and Wyoming.
• Manage clinic operations and oversee staff performance and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies for clinic growth and expansion.
• Maintain strong relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Pursue certification with the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM).
• Provide mentorship and training to clinic staff and junior providers.
• Oversee financial management and business operations of the practice.

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with board certification in relevant specialty.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in general surgery or related field.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Montana and Wyoming.
• Commitment to obtaining ABVLM certification post-hire.
• Strong business acumen and interest in practice ownership.
• Ability to manage clinic operations and staff effectively.
