Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee post-trade operations across multiple asset classes and strategies.
  • Act as the primary liaison for trading desk inquiries and operational issue resolution.
  • Design and implement robust operational processes and controls to ensure efficiency.
  • Develop analytics and dashboards to monitor and enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges effectively.
  • Support the integration of new investment strategies and business initiatives.
  • Ensure continuity of operational knowledge and risk mitigation practices.
  • Drive data quality improvements and operational reliability enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, or a related field is required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in financial operations or trade support roles.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle operations and related processes.
  • Proficiency with financial software such as Bloomberg, IHSMarkit, or Capital IQ.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience in designing dashboards and analytics for operational insights.
  • Proven ability to manage front office inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies used in middle/back-office environments.
