  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align goals, budgets, and schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily operations of concrete construction activities, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align schedules, resources, and project objectives effectively.
  • Supervise multiple crews, ensuring adherence to specifications and timely completion of tasks.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards in construction outcomes.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide effective solutions to maintain project progress.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project status and crew performance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in concrete construction supervision; 15 years preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple crews and manage complex construction operations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with self-performing concrete divisions is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site construction environment.
