Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a vital connection between the organization and its investors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive investor communications, including detailed reports and impactful marketing materials.
  • Support senior leadership with strategic initiatives and high-level client interactions.
  • Optimize and maintain CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency and investor engagement tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve reporting workflows.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and comprehensive support.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by identifying potential leads and managing client pipelines effectively.
  • Prepare responses to RFIs, DDQs, and create marketing materials tailored for institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for senior leadership and team members, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Prepare detailed materials for investor meetings, events, and communications, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to client requests, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain meticulous records of investor interactions within CRM systems to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support marketing initiatives by managing pipelines, refining processes, and enhancing client engagement strategies.
  • Assist in preparing responses to investor inquiries regarding performance, strategy, and other key topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting workflows and adopt advanced technology tools.
  • Develop and refine RFIs, DDQs, and marketing materials to align with institutional client needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, client services, or financial services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in preparing marketing materials and investor reports is advantageous.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  • Knowledge of financial strategies and investment management is a plus.
