Overview

- Prepare responses to RFIs, DDQs, and create marketing materials tailored for institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for senior leadership and team members, ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare detailed materials for investor meetings, events, and communications, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
- Respond promptly to client requests, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain meticulous records of investor interactions within CRM systems to support strategic decision-making.
- Support marketing initiatives by managing pipelines, refining processes, and enhancing client engagement strategies.
- Assist in preparing responses to investor inquiries regarding performance, strategy, and other key topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting workflows and adopt advanced technology tools.
- Develop and refine RFIs, DDQs, and marketing materials to align with institutional client needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
- 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, client services, or financial services is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in preparing marketing materials and investor reports is advantageous.
