Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam for design and documentation.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam is preferred.
• Experience managing commercial architectural projects is essential.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.
• Registration or eligibility for registration as an architect is preferred.
