Overview

  • Lead the surgical services department, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare setting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient safety, quality outcomes, and departmental efficiency.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive innovation and improve care coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and optimize clinical practices to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of acute care surgical services leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency in healthcare settings.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and engage multidisciplinary teams.
