Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in outpatient healthcare settings.
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred for effective communication with diverse patient populations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Experience in budget management and financial performance analysis within healthcare.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards for compliance assurance.
  • Ability to implement patient-focused initiatives and drive operational improvements.
