Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the development of centralized analytics capabilities supporting commercial performance management and advanced reporting.
  • Collaborate across business units, regional leadership, and technical teams to deliver integrated performance insights.
  • Drive analytics transformation, enabling self-service capabilities using modern data platforms and AI tools.
  • Translate business priorities into scalable analytics solutions and standardized KPIs.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture focused on agility and collaboration.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and validation frameworks for consistent and reliable insights.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders, shaping decisions with actionable insights.
  • Support global commercial operations with integrated analytics ecosystems and predictive insights.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead a centralized analytics hub for global commercial performance management.
  • Develop and implement self-service analytics tools to empower business users.
  • Define and operationalize a single source of truth for KPIs and dashboards.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled insights generation and advanced analytics applications.
  • Collaborate with IT, FP&A, and digital teams to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of business partners and analytics experts.
  • Translate business strategies into actionable analytics roadmaps and solutions.
  • Ensure data governance and quality standards across analytics operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or strategy roles within complex organizations.
  • Proven leadership in analytics transformations and self-service ecosystems.
  • Experience in advanced analytics and AI applications, including predictive modeling.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Collaborative and consultative leadership style with senior stakeholder influence.
  • Track record of delivering end-to-end analytics solutions supporting decision-making.
  • Exposure to strategy consulting and high-impact analytics initiatives preferred.
