- The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead construction projects through planning, procurement, execution, and closeout phases.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify potential issues and solutions.
- Manage subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change orders.
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and financial performance, optimizing efficiency.
- Conduct regular project meetings and ensure timely reporting.
- Collaborate with Superintendents to maintain quality standards and jobsite safety.
- Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
Project Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with commercial general contractors.
- Experience managing projects valued between $5 million and $50 million preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
