Manager Private Equity Fund Accounting Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage comprehensive fund administration engagements, including compliance, reporting, and cash management for private equity funds.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Coordinate fund activities such as fee calculations, investor funding, and carried interest computations.
• Ensure adherence to fund policies and procedures, collaborating effectively with legal and compliance teams.

Manager Private Equity Fund Accounting Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity fund accounting; 9+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in fund accounting software such as Allvue, Investran, or E-Front.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Experience interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements for private equity funds.
