NICU Clinical Educator Key Responsibilities & Duties

NICU Clinical Educator Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active RN license.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in neonatal care; four years preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Proven expertise in planning and implementing clinical education programs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage educational initiatives effectively.
