- The Billing Analyst and E-Billing Analyst will oversee billing operations and ensure compliance with e-billing guidelines.

- Maintain and optimize e-billing systems, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to client-specific requirements.
- Provide actionable insights through detailed billing reports and data analysis.

Billing Analyst and E-Billing Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage billing portfolios, ensuring compliance with client agreements and organizational policies.
- Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices, incorporating detailed narratives and cost breakdowns.
- Submit e-bills through various platforms, monitoring progress and resolving submission issues proactively.
- Analyze billing data to generate comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners and teams to interpret and implement billing instructions accurately.
- Address client billing inquiries promptly, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Support cash receipt processing and resolve related discrepancies efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved billing issues to management for timely resolution and continuity.
Billing Analyst and E-Billing Analyst Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; finance or accounting background preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of billing experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
- Proficiency in e-billing systems and platforms, with experience in ebillingHub highly desirable.
- Familiarity with legal billing software such as Elite Enterprise or 3E is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, including LEDES file formats.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a proactive and professional demeanor.
