Tax Senior Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of tax practice experience; 4 years preferred.
- CPA certification or progress toward certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in tax compliance tools such as Pro Systems and BNA Planner.
- Familiarity with CCH Engagement and Axcess Tax software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to address and resolve complex tax scenarios effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
