Nurse Manager Emergency Services Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; advanced degree preferred.
• Current RN License in the State of Texas or compact license.
• Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 6 months; TNCC within 18 months.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency services management; 5 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and physician relationships effectively.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement and healthcare regulations.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resolving patient care issues.
• Ability to perform diversified duties with high accuracy under time constraints.
