  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in compliance and reporting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting or compliance; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in preparing regulatory filings, including Form ADV and Form PF.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and international regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with technology tools for compliance reporting and data management.
  • Ability to analyze and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting clarity.
