Registered Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead architectural projects through all phases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and coordinate detailed construction documents with precision and efficiency.
• Mentor and manage junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Conduct project meetings and site visits to monitor progress and adherence to design intent.
• Perform construction administration tasks, including field observations and quality assurance.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth by delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

Registered Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience; 15 years preferred.
• Registered Architect certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Enscape software tools.
• Strong background in commercial architecture; experience in K-12 projects is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project site visits.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for client and consultant interactions.
