Accounting Systems Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Review and process user-submitted tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Research and resolve application issues under the guidance of the Senior System Support Manager.
• Maintain and update system user access, ensuring compliance with audit policies and procedures.
• Assist in end-user training and documentation of best practices for system usage.
• Support daily system operations and contribute to the maintenance of system functionality.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to facilitate testing and address queries.
• Stay updated on current accounting principles relevant to private equity fund administration.

Accounting Systems Analyst Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• CPA certification or candidacy preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and Tables.
• Knowledge of private equity, ServiceNow, and/or Investran applications is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
