Sustainability Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

Sustainability Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability management, with preference for 10 years.
• Proven expertise in leading LEED certification processes for commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable architecture, green building practices, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to analyze sustainability metrics and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
• Commitment to environmental stewardship and innovative design solutions.
