• The Project Architect will oversee the design and production of architectural construction drawings for municipal, educational, and commercial projects.

Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and produce architectural construction drawings for various project types, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conduct field measurements and integrate findings into accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers to ensure seamless project integration and functionality.
• Engage in low-level client contact to address project requirements and updates effectively.
• Collaborate with a team under the direction of a Project Manager to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient project documentation and communication.
• Apply Revit knowledge, if available, to enhance project design and visualization.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism in all project deliverables.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction drawing production; 10+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; Revit experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in field measuring, drawing production, and MEP engineering coordination.
• Professional licensure is not required but is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage project requirements and deadlines.
