Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and oversee architectural designs for technical labs and pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate architectural and technical requirements seamlessly.
• Lead client meetings to present design concepts and address feedback effectively.
• Supervise project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed project documentation using Revit and other industry-standard software.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Provide training and support to team members on architectural practices and software tools.
• Monitor project performance, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in technical or pharmaceutical facilities.
• Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation purposes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities for effective collaboration.
• Understanding of regulatory standards and guidelines relevant to architectural projects.
• Ability to manage complex projects with durations exceeding one year.
• Registered Architect (RA) certification highly preferred.
