- Lead the settlement of bank loan trades, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions.

- Prepare, review, and execute trade documents, including assignment agreements and funding memos.
- Monitor cash flows and maintain effective communication with trustees and treasury departments.

Bank Loan Closer Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan settlements; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in ClearPar and familiarity with LSTA trade documentation is advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for effective data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of broadly syndicated loans and credit agreements is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex challenges.
