Intermediate Architect Overview

Intermediate Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop detailed construction documentation and life safety plans in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored design solutions.
  • Utilize Revit for precise architectural design and documentation tasks.
  • Prepare compelling design presentations using Adobe Suite and SketchUp.
  • Oversee permitting processes and construction administration for successful project execution.

Intermediate Architect Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture and interior design coordination.
  • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with SketchUp and Adobe Suite is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of life safety plans, codes, and permitting processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Experience in corporate headquarters and interior finish-out projects is an advantage.
