Intermediate Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

Intermediate Architect Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture and interior design coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with SketchUp and Adobe Suite is preferred.
- Strong understanding of life safety plans, codes, and permitting processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Experience in corporate headquarters and interior finish-out projects is an advantage.
