  • Support onboarding of new office locations into payroll systems and processes.
  • Assist with internal and external payroll audits across jurisdictions.

Payroll Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for US entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Payroll Associate Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on payroll experience, specifically in US payroll management.
  • Proficiency in Workday Payroll and advanced Excel skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of US payroll legislation and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
