Technical Deployment Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead field technician teams during daily deployment activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the deployment and replacement of mobile devices for enterprise users.
- Support device enrollment and configuration using Mobile Device Management platforms.
- Conduct user orientation sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new devices.
- Maintain detailed inventory records and track deployed assets.
- Generate and communicate daily deployment status reports to management.
- Troubleshoot device provisioning, connectivity, and application issues.

Technical Deployment Manager Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading field deployment teams in enterprise IT environments.
- Proficiency in Mobile Device Management platforms like Workspace ONE or Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile devices and end-user computing.
- Experience with mobile carrier activations and device provisioning.
- Ability to manage multiple shifts and work independently.
