Overview

  • Design innovative interior spaces that harmonize aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, ensuring alignment with client visions and project objectives.

  • Evaluate and select materials, emphasizing sustainability, quality, and design integrity.
  • Coordinate FF&E specifications to align with project requirements and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead client presentations, showcasing innovative and tailored interior design solutions.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of detailed plans and specifications for interior projects.
  • Develop interior design concepts for diverse projects, integrating technical and aesthetic elements effectively.
  • Select and specify materials, collaborating with manufacturers to ensure optimal choices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior architecture; 12 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to interior architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and FF&E specifications.
  • Experience in client-facing presentations and project coordination.
  • Ability to mentor team members and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
