Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Perform accurate project estimations and prepare comprehensive cost proposals for client approval.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of project components.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations from plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on construction sites.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on JOC projects preferred.
- Proven expertise in estimating project costs and developing accurate budgets and schedules.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse project teams effectively.
