Overview

  • Manage diverse Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Develop and oversee precise project budgets and schedules, leveraging expertise in construction planning and estimating.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster innovation and achieve project milestones efficiently.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting accountability and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout project phases.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns and delivering timely updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Perform accurate project estimations and prepare comprehensive cost proposals for client approval.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of project components.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations from plans.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on construction sites.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on JOC projects preferred.
  • Proven expertise in estimating project costs and developing accurate budgets and schedules.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse project teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and team members.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to streamline processes and reporting.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
