Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction estimating; 15 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects with precision.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in cost analysis and budgeting.
