  • Lead healthcare construction projects as an owner's representative, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure project objectives align with healthcare facility requirements.
  • Oversee multiple construction projects across various healthcare settings, ensuring quality and compliance.

  • Facilitate seamless communication between hospital staff, contractors, and project teams.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare facility standards and construction regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning.
