Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with 15 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing industrial, tilt, PEMB, warehouse, and distribution construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of design-build methodologies and in-house development processes.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive team success.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining stakeholder communication.
