Overview

  • Lead and oversee diverse construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency for a reputable developer-builder organization.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and surveyors to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage land acquisition, site planning, utility integration, and construction phases to deliver high-quality industrial and distribution facilities.
  • Ensure projects adhere to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational strategies and client requirements.
  • Provide leadership in implementing innovative design-build methodologies to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs.
  • Effectively manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize project performance and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for architectural, structural, and civil engineering tasks, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Oversee land acquisition processes, site design, and utility coordination activities to facilitate project progression.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout project execution.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency, accountability, and alignment of project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing industrial, tilt, PEMB, warehouse, and distribution construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build methodologies and in-house development processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive team success.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining stakeholder communication.
