Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform accounting and operational functions across private funds with diverse technology investments.
  • Model and review carried interest and waterfall calculations per partnership agreements.
  • Calculate monthly incentive fees and manage GP carry processes.
  • Oversee fund NAV packages and maintain accurate expense accruals.
  • Assist in valuation works for Private Equity and Venture Capital investments.
  • Manage capital call and distribution processes for limited partners.
  • Coordinate with custodians, portfolio managers, and fund administration teams.
  • Develop procedures for partner capital account and NAV calculations.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience, including investment partnership products.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP standards and alternative investment structures.
  • Experience with private fund structures and incentive fee calculations.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable with developing processes for new product ideas.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of problem-solving and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
