Project Architect

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and oversee architectural designs that align with client objectives and project goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
