Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 11 years of progressive finance experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis; strong ERP system knowledge.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution within fintech or financial services industries.
