Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
  • 10-12+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles within healthcare or consulting sectors.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, clinical domains, and provider network management.
  • Proven ability to analyze business needs and develop strategic IT initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in high-pressure environments.
  • Demonstrated innovative problem-solving approach and client management expertise.
  • Technical fluency in cloud, data architecture, integrations, APIs, and operating systems.
