Overview

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive financial and investment performance reports tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and insightful reporting for diverse portfolios.
  • Utilize advanced reporting platforms to aggregate and analyze financial data effectively.
  • Enhance reporting systems to improve automation, customization, and scalability.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on reporting tools, providing guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate the production and delivery of periodic and ad hoc financial reports.
  • Aggregate and validate data from multiple sources for accurate reporting.
  • Facilitate performance analysis for advisory portfolios and alternative investments.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate financial data into client-ready reports.
  • Review and refine reporting materials to ensure precision and relevance.
  • Conduct audits, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain report quality.
  • Enhance templates and processes to support reporting scalability and customization.
  • Liaise with external vendors to optimize reporting tools and services.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and confidentiality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting within family offices or RIAs.
  • Proficiency with portfolio management and performance reporting systems.
  • Experience with alternative investments, including limited partnerships and fund-of-funds.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to distill complex financial data into clear, client-ready insights.
