Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in surgical services; 5 years preferred.
- 3+ years of applicable surgical services experience required; pediatric experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and evidence-based practices in surgical services.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and departmental growth effectively.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to inspire and engage teams.
