  • Manage legacy LLC entities and oversee loan administration processes, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Transition operational functions in-house, replacing third-party providers to enhance control and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer and track loan schedules, repayments, and lifecycle activities, maintaining precise financial records.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records across LLC entities using QuickBooks, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Perform monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries to support financial reporting.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and vendor payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate accounts payable workflows and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Organize financial and operational records for leadership coordination and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in legacy accounting records, ensuring comprehensive financial documentation.
  • Streamline financial documentation and improve operational processes for enhanced efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in finance or accounting.
  • 2–6 years of experience in financial operations or accounting roles, showcasing practical expertise.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and general ledger maintenance, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable workflows and vendor management for efficient operations.
  • Experience with loan administration and financial recordkeeping, supporting detailed financial oversight.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills, ensuring precision in tasks.
