Human Resources Business Partner Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a public company environment.
  • Experience managing HR operations for multi-state environments with over 500 employees.
  • Proven expertise in conflict resolution and employee relations management.
  • Preferred certifications: HRCI or SHRM, with advanced degrees being advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce, for operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and workforce trends.
  • Ability to mentor and lead HR team members effectively.
