Human Resources Business Partner Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a public company environment.
- Experience managing HR operations for multi-state environments with over 500 employees.
- Proven expertise in conflict resolution and employee relations management.
- Preferred certifications: HRCI or SHRM, with advanced degrees being advantageous.
- Hands-on experience optimizing HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce, for operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and workforce trends.
- Ability to mentor and lead HR team members effectively.
