Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and overheads, for construction projects.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to assess project requirements and feasibility.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation, with 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as AutoCAD or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost analysis.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
