Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform detailed revenue calculations and controls across multiple product lines, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial standards.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly revenue estimates and actuals, delivering precise financial data to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster financial excellence and operational efficiency across the organization.
• Interpret and apply legal agreements to revenue reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Manage the full revenue cycle, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation processes for seamless operations.
• Prepare journal entries and consolidate financial data for comprehensive and accurate reporting.
• Develop detailed monthly revenue reconciliation analyses to support financial accuracy and organizational transparency.
• Identify and address process gaps, implementing improvements to drive efficiency and scalability in revenue operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles; 3 years preferred.
• Proficiency in revenue recognition principles and financial reconciliation processes is essential.
• Strong skills in automation tools and billing software implementation to optimize workflows.
• Ability to analyze and interpret legal agreements for financial applications and reporting.
