Controller Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and maintain robust financial controls and guidelines to safeguard company assets.
• Advance system and process efficiencies, with a focus on SAP optimization and integration.
• Lead excellence in accounting practices and financial reporting methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain support for financial strategies and initiatives.

Controller Job Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven leadership in attracting, developing, and managing diverse financial talent.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic and operational financial management.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry and proficiency with SAP systems is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
