Senior Director – Finance And FP&A Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting updates in coordination with the CFO.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for executive review.
• Develop advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
• Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support cash flow management, capital planning, and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.
• Present financial information to executive leadership and the Board with clarity and professionalism.
• Evaluate new business initiatives and operational investments from a financial perspective.

Senior Director – Finance And FP&A Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance leadership roles; 20 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
• Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed environments is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and PowerBI preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and support strategic business decisions effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business-related events and meetings.
