Project Architect Overview

  • The Project Architect role offers an opportunity to lead technical aspects of corporate interior projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide technical leadership and QA/QC review for corporate interior projects ensuring adherence to standards.

  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver innovative solutions for tenant fit-outs and building renovations.

  • Engage directly with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced software tools like Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD to create precise architectural designs.
  • Support project management responsibilities, including budget oversight and resource allocation.

Project Architect Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with corporate interiors.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD essential for technical and design tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate project experience and collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
