Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide technical leadership and QA/QC review for corporate interior projects ensuring adherence to standards.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development within the firm.
• Conduct construction administration, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring project execution aligns with design intent.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver innovative solutions for tenant fit-outs and building renovations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage directly with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Utilize advanced software tools like Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD to create precise architectural designs.
• Support project management responsibilities, including budget oversight and resource allocation.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with corporate interiors.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD essential for technical and design tasks.
• Strong communication skills to articulate project experience and collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience in QA/QC review and mentoring junior staff preferred.
• Knowledge of construction administration processes and technical problem-solving required.
